Apple’s international online stores are down as of late, while no one has a clue as to what Apple could possibly add or remove from the store in terms of products, or listings.

One possibility though, is Apple updating the listings for Bumper cases, which have recently returned to the company’s retail outlets following the end of its Free Case program.

People familiar with the company’s plans noted last week that, one day after the expiration of Apple’s program, Bumpers would reappear on the shelves of most Apple retail stores.

The web-based counterpart undoubtedly needs the same updating.

Sadly, for some, Apple now only provides a free Bumper if you call them up and ask for one personally.

Some territories, like Taiwan, aren’t even on the Mac maker’s list to ship free cases.

Another, less likely change to the listings of the Apple online stores is the White iPhone 4.

The device has proven harder to manufacture, prompting Cupertino to delay its launch not once, but twice.

No word on when the handset is going to be ready for shipping until now. Today, however, might just see the white gem appear in Apple’s online store listings and, at least, U.S. retail stores.

For big announcements, Apple generally takes its online store down on Tuesdays, and, less often, on Fridays. Other days of the week seem to be reserved for routine maintenance while this too happens quite rarely.

This makes every online store “blackout” particularly noteworthy because there’s a 99% chance we’ll have something to talk about when the store comes back online.

In recent weeks, Apple’s online store went dow was with the purpose of listing several new products, including the beefed-up iMacs and Mac Pros, the new LED Cinema Display, and more.

Use the comments to let us know if you spot any changes once the store is back online. We’ll do our part and try to report any changes we notice ourselves.

UPDATE: the store's back up with no observable changes.
