The development team at Respawn Entertainment is launching the new Frontier's Edge downlodable content for Titanfall, and the company is celebrating by delivering a new gameplay video that shows off the new features that players will be able to enjoy.

At the same time, the price of the Season Pass for the title has been reduced by 30 percent in order to encourage the community to get the DLC.

At the moment, Frontier's Edge and the associated Update 5 is offered on the PC and the Xbox One and they will soon also be delivered to the Xbox 360.

The three new maps that gamers will be able to battle on are: Dig Site, where alleyways allow Titans to patrol while Pilots move around them, Export, which is focused on close quarters combat, and Haven, a beach resort with plenty of tactical options.

Titanfall is set to get another DLC pack later in the year, which will probably deliver another three maps, and Respawn Entertainment says that it will also continue to deliver updates that tweak the multiplayer balance and introduce new game modes.

Rumors also suggest that the studio is already exploring ideas for a sequel, after the solid sales that the title has been delivering.
