Titanfall, the first-person shooter from developer Respawn Entertainment and publisher Electronic Arts, has managed to retake the number one position in the United Kingdom chart this week, showing that the title has an audience almost one month after it was first launched on the Xbox One from Microsoft and the PC.

The title has moved from third to first place in the space of seven days, which might be due to the launch of the Xbox 360 version of the game, which was originally delayed in order to make sure that it offered a quality experience.

During the same period, the development team at Respawn Entertainment also introduced one major update for Titanfall and it also delivered the initial details linked to the first downloadable content pack for the title, which will include three new maps.

This week, gamers will also get more information about the single-player level prototype that the studio initially thought about including in the game, as part of The Last Hour documentary.

For the week that ended on April 12 of this year, second place in the United Kingdom was occupied by a new entry, LEGO The Hobbit, from Warner Bros. Interactive, which is designed to allow gamers to relive all the adventures that have been included in the movie series based on the book from J.R.R. Tolkien.

FIFA 14, the football simulation from EA Sports, has dropped two places from number one to the last place on the podium, according to UKIE, but it might move once more to the top as the pace of major launches slows down and the Premier League season nears its end.

South Park: The Stick of Truth, the role-playing title from Obsidian and Ubisoft, is in fourth place, managing to gain four places over the previous week, while Call of Duty: Ghosts has dropped another position to reach fifth even as May 8 was announced as the launch date for the Devastation DLC on the PC, the PlayStation 4 and the PS3.

The Xbox 360 edition of Minecraft continues to do well and sits in sixth place, which is an improvement over the previous seven-day period, while The LEGO Movie Video Game remains glued to seventh.

Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare has returned to the UK top ten in eight place and is followed by Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag.

The top is closed down by Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes from Hideo Kojima and Konami.
