Respawn Entertainment has confirmed the many new features it's going to add to Titanfall in the new Game Update #6, including a pilot-only mode without titans and AI-controlled creeps, as well as fresh Burn Card mechanics.

Titanfall was one of the most anticipated games of the year, as many gamers were really looking forward to the launch of the multiplayer-only first-person shooter for PC, Xbox One, and Xbox 360. The game didn't disappoint and quite a lot of players are still enjoying its online action.

For all its loyal fans, as well as for those that are looking for reasons to jump back into the shooter, Respawn has just revealed the list of features that will be a part of Titanfall patch #6, via its official website.

The studio is continuing its crusade for adding new elements to the game and it's going to start with a fresh mode called Pilot Skirmish, that, like its name suggests, is limited only to pilots, removing the possibility of calling in titans or interacting with AI-controlled soldiers and robots.

"Pilot Skirmish is an 8v8 mode with no AI and no Titans. Due to the difference in player sizes with the rest of the game modes, Pilot Skirmish will not be among the game modes played when choosing Variety Pack playlist," the studio revealed.

What's more, fans of Marked for Death will be glad to hear that the mode is now a full-fledged one, as its popularity has convinced Respawn to not remove it from the temporary game modes.

"When we first introduced Marked For Death, we were planning to rotate it out for another mode after a couple of weeks, but the enduring popularity of the mode convinced us to bring it on full-time. There will now be a Marked For Death playlist to choose from, along with custom Marked For Death loadouts to unlock."

Colorblind gamers will also be thrilled to hear that Respawn has added three new options (protanopia, deuteranopia, and tritanopia) that change the way enemies and allies glow, the crosshair colors, or the names above the heads of other players

The Black Market now features daily deals for individual burn cards and players even have a chance to earn a new ultra-rare one called Roll the Dice, which gives players the ability to tap into their entire deck of cards during a match.

Last but not least, joining a game after its halftime point will no longer penalize the player if the team loses. However, if it wins, that success will be counter for the player. Leaving during a match, however, counts as a lose no matter the actual situation on the battlefield.

The new Titanfall update #6 is set to drop in the near future so look forward to hearing more soon enough.
