If you're one of the many players of Titanfall and you're running Windows, then it's worth knowing that Microsoft today announced the availability of a companion app that puts you in full control of your stats, while also providing access to rich gaming content.

At the same time, the Titanfall Companion App for Windows 8 allows you to track your teammates and view the live scoreboard of a specific game and even receive updates in real time.

"Features rich intel about the history of the Titanfall universe, characters, weapons, maps, modes and controls. Now review your stats from anywhere including total kills, favorite weapons, time spent playing and more. Includes exciting features available when connected with your Xbox One Console. With the second-screen map feature, you have at your fingertips a full screen, real-time interactive mini-map of the game you’re playing," the app description published in the Windows Store reads.

Of course, the app provides support for both Windows 8 and Windows RT, so everyone can download the Titanfall Companion App right now to give it a shot.

Electronic Arts is offering the app free of charge, but it might take a while to download and install as it measures no less than 710 MB in size.
