The hilarious video of “Tippy the Fainting Squirrel” became the talk of the town after curious viewers started a guessing game about the animal's weird fainting spells.

The clip shows a squirrel that is vividly eating a nut while standing, then suddenly freezes, fells and just in a few seconds stands up again and repeats the process, several times. It is quite funny as the black squirrel seems unaware of what is happening but continues to eat its food then faint, wake up and eat some more, then faint again and so on.

The burning question every viewer has refers to what might be causing Tippy those weird freeze moments, followed by what some believe to be black-outs. Answers range from the consequences of eating fermented food and the fact that the animal is drunk to weird, bizarre medical conditions like myotonia, which can cause neuromuscular disorders.

Even if some say it is rather sad and the squirrel may be dying from a rare disease, I admit it is also quite funny. I'm not the only one with a dark sense of humor that sees this video as being hilarious. Some viewers commented that the squirrel might even be faking everything, playing dead at the sight of other animals that can endanger her food.
