They have a normal USB port on one end and a micro-USB port on the other

Here we are, gazing upon a series of flash drives whose bodies are almost smaller than the USB ports that let them connect to PCs.

Strontium made them, and called them simply On-The-Go USB drives. No special name, no nothing.

They don't really need it either, since support for On-the-Go technology is the main asset here (allows them to recognize OTG smartphones and tablets as host PCs).

They can copy files from a phone and transfer them to another one, and do the same with tablets. It removes the need for using Wi-Fi or Bluetooth for that, or having to use a PC as intermediary.

The drives have micro-USB (3.0 most likely) ports for all this to work, in addition to full-size connectors.

Strontium will soon sell the On-The-Go USB drives with 5-year warranties in capacities of 8 GB to 64 GB.
