Robert Shingledecker announced the immediate availability for download of the Tiny Core Linux 4.4 Release Candidate 2 operating system and Tiny Core Linux 4.3.1.
Tiny Core Linux 4.3.1 only contains some small changes such as: tce-size with date check on sizefile update, tce-setup fixed when base boot code is used with missing /tmp/tce/optional directory, tce-setdrive with a required readlink update, and iletool.sh with a required readlink is now used after tce-setdrive.
On the other hand, Tiny Core Linux 4.4 RC2 has a minor Linux kernel update, 3.0.21, ax25 / ham radio support, isa libata is enabled for very old laptops, and a kernel panic issue when mounting CIFS share was fixed. A complete list of changes can be found here.
