Various fixes and improvements were implemented in this version

Tiny Core Linux, a small, minimal Linux distribution based on Linux kernel 3.0, Busybox, Tiny X, and Flt, has reached version 4.4.

The developers have stated that the major improvements in Tiny Core Linux 4.4 are a new Linux kernel, module updates and improved extension searching via tags.

Highlights of Tiny Core Linux 4.4:

• Linux kernel 3.0.21 minor update to support various hardware components and to resolve a couple of problems; • tc-config was updated with rsyslog patch; • search.sh added -t option for tag search; • ab keyword is now a tag search; • filetool.sh was updated with a required readlink when used after tce-setdrive; • scmbrowser was updated for tag searching; • exittc and filetool spelling were updated; • rebuildfstab fixed pid checking.
