Developer Spearhead Games has announced some good news for fans of its multiplayer puzzle game Tiny Brains.

On the Spearhead Games website, the dev told that together with publisher 505 Games they have decided to lower the price of the game, which will now be purchasable for $10 / €7 on the three platforms the game is currently available on, the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PC.

Additionally, based on feedback they received from the gaming community, the team has decided to update the game with some new levels, as well as introduce several tweaks to existing ones, and offer cross-buy across PlayStation platforms.

The new features include 10 new time-based puzzle challenges in the Road to Stardom game mode, with resounding names such as Matrix Ball, Battle of Sphereburg and the Infernal Carousel, as well as rebranded versions of existing content in Escape the Mad Lab, and a new star-based progression and scoring system.

Furthermore, Minsc the hamster can now freeze objects with his ice blocks, and the user interface has seen an update that allows players to navigate easier through the various modes and challenges.

The online demo of Tiny Brains has also seen an update, and trial players can now host online games through Chapter 1 as well as join campaign games hosted by owners of the full version.
