Time-Lapse Video of Endeavour's 3-Day Journey Through LA Traffic

The Endeavour Shuttle has now arrived safely at the California Science Center museum, its final resting place.

To get there, it trekked through 12 miles, 19 km, of LA streets. And it did it in three days, so it seems the Shuttle moves just as fast as most traffic there.

The journey wasn't an easy one, street signs had to be moved, streets closed and so on.

But it was a wonderful opportunity for the people of LA to get a glimpse at the Shuttle as it passed through. Many took that opportunity, the spaceship gathered huge crowds wherever it went.

As you can imagine, there were a lot of photos taken, but quality is better than quantity, so the time-lapse video put together by photographer Matthew Givot is probably one of the better ways of tracking Endeavour's three-day ride.
