In a rare appearance at All Things D hosted by Walt Mossberg and Kara Swisher, Apple CEO Timothy Cook showed immense admiration towards the late Steve Jobs, whom he described as “courageous.”

In a moment of extreme sincerity and sensibility, Tim Cook described a side of Steve Jobs that not many people knew. At least not as well as he did.

“He was the best person in the world about doing this. He would flip on something so fast, that you would forget that he was the person that was taking the 180 polar position on it the day before! He was fantastic at that!”

Walt Mossberg and Kara Swisher agreed, “he did that here on the stage many times.”

“But he was.... It was an art!” Cook replied, visibly still shaken by Jobs' untimely departure from this world. The full clip (must watch) is embedded below (courtesy of 9to5mac).
