Tila Tequila's Semi-Porn Video

Did you see this coming?

I always thought that a girl (OK, woman) that goes by the stage name of Tila Tequila can only be a stripper or a trashy reality TV "star". Turns out, my intuition functioned and I didn't let myself down this time - but I only guessed two of this lovely lady's areas of employment, so to say. Truth is, the Singapore-born Tila (real name Thien Thanh Thi Nguyen - let me see you pronounce that on your first attempt) is a stripper, a reality TV star and... drum roll, please... a singer. Well, come on, admit it - all of you who watched even one episode of that "Shot at Love" reality show on MTV knew that Tila was (and is, despite her tender age of only 25) a very talented woman, with a lot of potential.

And seeing how she got to be known as the "Queen of MySpace" by making full and explicit use of all her charms, no one can doubt that in 20 years' time we may very well be calling her "the Asian Madonna". Fact is, Tila has a couple of videos out, one of which you can check out below. It's called (how else?) "Stripper Friends" and it features Tila, Tila again, loads of strippers parading around wearing sexy underwear, and quite a lot of that girl on girl and guy on girl action that made the tiny plastic Asian entertainer famous in the first place. Don't expect to see it get a Grammy anytime soon, though. I don't know why, but some very shallow people out there (me included) would call this video a mere pretext, or an image statement rather than an artistic expression (via music) of certain feelings and emotions.

I'm sure there would be a point to it, too, if it weren't pretty much stating the obvious: we all know by now that she's bisexual and fond of it, that she loves to strip and entertain both her male and female audience and that she's probably going to be around for a nice long time. So, what can I say - enjoy the soft porn... I mean, video below, but don't expect smart rhymes. In fact, don't expect anything - just enjoy the visuals and pretend it's a promo for VH1's next reality show. You know it's coming - so better than feeling morally outraged, it's best to just relax and enjoy the ride.
