As of the North American launch, the game has been plagued with many bugs and technical problems, more notably with the Xbox 360 version, but also with the PlayStation 3. Known bugs include system "freezing" and crashing, incorrect yardages, Photo Game Face problems and online server issues. However, a patch for the Xbox 360 addressing some of these issues was made available on September 11, 2007.
There are also reported problems with the uploading of pictures to the EA servers for the Photo Game Face feature. There seem to be problems mainly when the user attempts to browse for pictures on their computer.
Going directly through the console with a supported camera does allow you to bypass the errors with the service. It is only when you try to upload from your computer to the EA Sports World website that there is an issue.
