Actress Tiffani Thiessen is pregnant with her first child. The 35-year-old star and husband Brady Smith have been married for four years and are expecting their first child together in May next year, a spokesperson for the couple confirms for People magazine. Both actors are said to be “over the moon” with the news of the future addition to their family.

“Tiffani Thiessen and her husband, artist and actor Brady Smith, are expecting their first baby next May, her rep tells People exclusively. ‘We are over the moon!’ the couple said in a statement. ‘It’s something we’ve wanted for a long time and we are thrilled that it’s actually happening.’” People magazine writes by means of a confirmation of the pregnancy.

Earlier this year, the actress was saying in an interview that the idea of motherhood, while somewhat scary, got her all jittery inside because it would be something she was completely new at and she didn’t know if she could handle it. Now that she knows for a fact she will become a mother in a few months’ time, there is little doubt she will do just fine. The only thing she has to worry about will be balancing her work on the “White Collar” drama and her new role as a mommy, as People also points out.

In August this year, as the original cast of the much-popular “Saved by the Bell” series reunited for a few television specials and interviews, Thiessen also took the time to show her funny side in a Funny Or Die video that portrayed her as this very busy woman who had very little time for anything else. In other words, Thiessen was too busy always looking insanely hot to have time for reunions, the actress was saying in the viral video that got many fans lol-ing.

“‘As much as I would like to do it, I’m just really busy,’ says Tiffani, before rattling off an impressive list of what keeps her occupied… From developing a new fuel cell for NASA, making improvements to marijuana in Costa Rica, fronting an Indigo Girls tribute band and sitting by her pool several times a week looking hot, Tiffani clearly doesn’t have the time. So cut the girl a little slack, Jimmy. You try and prepare for a grilled cheese competition at the end of the month while also producing, directing and doing all the voices for a live-action cat comedy and see if you have room in your schedule to sit around and talk about the so-called good old days.” E!
