All good things must come to an end, whether we like it or not. Tia & Tamera, the reality show starring former child stars, twins Tia and Tamera Mowry, is one of those things – and won’t be back for a 4th season.

Above is just a snippet from the first episode of what would turn out to be the last (and third) season. The entire series saw the famous twins juggling motherhood and their careers, offering fans an inside look into their busy lives.

Well, no more from now on, as Tamera says on Twitter. She hints that the cancelation was their decision and not the network’s, which might have pulled the plug on the show because of disappointing ratings.

“Wanted to say Thank You for all the love and support. But most of all welcoming me, my husband, n (and) my son into your homes for 3 seasons... Tia and Tamera will not have a season 4. Thank you for always supporting us throughout the years. Tia n I decided it was time 2 live r family lives behind the cameras...,” Tamera writes.

Fans upset by the news should find some comfort in knowing that they can still catch Tia and Tamera on TV, just not on their joint reality series: Tia is now working on a sitcom called “Instant Mom,” while Tamera is a panelist on the talk show The Real.
