Thrustmaster has outed a new driver and firmware package suitable for several of its wheel controllers, namely version 2.TTRS2014, which resolves the compatibility issue between the targeted wheels and the TH8 RS shifter.

Specifically speaking, Thrustmaster’s latest update is developed for its TX Racing, T500 RS, T300 RS, and T300 Ferrari GTE wheels, as well as for the Ferrari F1, F1 RS, and 458 Challenge controllers.

In addition to that, version 2.TTRS.2014 includes a new 43 firmware build compatible with the T500 RS device, that resolves an occasional update issue regarding the BootLoader, which was spotted with the previous software.

Moreover, the release also includes firmware version 47 developed for the producer’s TX Racing, Ferrari F1, and Ferrari 458 Challenge units. This build adds compatibility with the TH8A shifter, includes a sensitivity adjust feature (4 levels), and optimizes the Xbox One protocol.

If it has been updated, firmware 47 also adds an “Auto-Clutch” option that, in some games, allows users to select the manual gear shift with clutch even if the appropriate pedal isn’t present, and improves the Ferrari F1 and 458 Challenge compatibility with various PC and Xbox games.

That being said, if you own one of these devices, download Driver/Firmware 2.TTRS.2014 for Thrustmaster Wheel, apply it on your controller, and check back with our website as often as possible in order to stay “updated one minute ago.”
