Major UK-based carrier Three has just announced two new data tariffs meant to replace current out-of-bundle charges. They will be available starting tomorrow, March 8, and will only apply to customers with contract phone plans.

Three UK promises to provide “worry-free internet” to its customers with the new Essential and Ultimate plans. According to the carrier, the Essential Plan will offer subscribers up to 250 MB of mobile data allowance as well as a choice of minutes and 5000 texts.

In addition, the carrier promises to offer all customers who choose the Essential Plan an option to buy the following data add-ons: £2 for an additional 250MB or £5 for AYCE for 30 days.

Last but not least, the Ultimate Plan provides customers with unlimited all-you-can-eat mobile data. It appears that those who would like to use tethering will have to subscribe to The One Plan, which includes this option, or get the Tethering add-on for £5 for 1GB.
