Carry your mobile phone on your wrist

Among the large number of releases that Sony Ericsson has made these days, three new Bluetooth enabled watches must be mentioned. These devices offer the unique possibility of controlling the personal mobile phone through your watch.

We are actually talking about three different products, part of the same range of Sony Ericsson MBW-150 Bluetooth watches. Each of them is especially designed for one market share, as they provide slightly personalized performances.

"Using your watch as a wire-free interface with your phone is about as convenient and non-obtrusive as you can get. Now whether you're out socialising, working, or just at home with your family, there's a Bluetooth? watch to go with you", said Jos? Barreiro-L?pez Head of Sales & Marketing Support of Sony Ericsson. Such watches might seem too high tech and rather useless when considering the fact that the mobile phone is a compact and evolved device itself. Still, Jos? Barreiro-L?pez makes note of the fact that "From the moment you use a Bluetooth? Watch you wonder how you ever managed without it". Sounds quite promising and it even arouses interest.

The Music Edition of Bluetooth Watch MBW-150 lets the user control his music phone with the help of their watch. The Executive Edition offers an easy solution to control the mobile phone through the watch, while Classic Edition is a rather casual model still capable of the same high performances.

The watches come with a high class design which includes scratch resistant mineral crystal glass face with an antiglare coating. Whenever the mobile phone rings, the watch also vibrates on the wrist of the user, also revealing the caller's ID on the display.

The three Bluetooth Watch MBW-150 models will be available for purchase starting the fourth quarter of this year. An estimate price for these devices has not been revealed yet.
