Delaney Brown was given just a few days to live, after heroically battling with a rare form of cancer. One of the things on her bucket list was a huge holiday sing-along outside her home, and kind-hearted people decided to grant the little girl's Christmas wish.

Thousands of people singing Christmas carols and wearing Santa hats gathered outside the girl's house, after joining the Facebook event created especially for Delaney. The event showed more than 4,000 willing to participate to ease the suffering girl's pain on her eighth birthday.

The 8-year-old suffers from a rare form of childhood cancer, myeloid leukemia with monosomy 7, and doctors informed her parents that their little girl would soon pass away.

“Today we were told the worst news of our live. Laney has 70 % cancer cells in her blood. It they would treat the cancer the virus that she has would kill her. And if they treat the virus the cancer will kill her,” Delaney's mother shared via Facebook.

Taylor Swift also contributed to the Christmas miracle by speaking with the girl via video chat, crossing out another item on Delaney's bucket list. Make-A-Wish foundation managed to set up the video-call between the star and the little girl, when they found out that the eight-year-old didn't have much time left, notes Daily Mail.

On Team Laney Facebook Page, a picture of the sick girl giving thumbs up appeared, reading “I can hear you now! Love you!” as she was too ill to actually see the gathering. Other pictures from the amazing gathering flooded the Internet and even more kind-hearted people joined, showing their support and admiration for the 8-year-old.

Delaney was too weak to see the event as she can barely open her eyes and is wearing an oxygen mask almost all the time. Her family is constantly by her side caring to her every need and hoping for a miracle, giving updates on the girl's Facebook page. The carolers gathering was highly appreciated and demonstrated that by working together Christmas miracles can actually happen.
