If you like to go to picnics, then you really need this in your car's trunk. A cooler fit for the 21st century was asking for $50,000 (€36,856) on Kickstarter. In just a few days, the developer of this project got over 25,800 backers and 10,000 times the cash he was asking for.

Best of all, this cooler is iPhone or iPad compatible. You can charge your device or play some music via the integrated Bluetooth speaker.

The Coolest Cooler comes with an 18v Battery Powered Rechargeable Blender, a Removable Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker, USB Charger, LED Lid Lights, Gear Tie-Down, Cooler Divider and Cutting Board, Extra Wide Wasy Rolling Tires, Integrated Storage for plates and Knife and a bottle opener.

The lowest price for it on Kickstarter was $165 (121 euro). Pay $225 and you will get a Blended Drink Guide, a T-shirt and a reusable party cup.

The developer has designed the device in such a way that it is the best anyone could need to go party at the beach or in a park. The Dual USB Charger is strong enough to power your iPad and it has a rubber lid to keep it waterproof while not in use.

The Coolest Cooler has 45 days to go on Kickstarter and it seems it will get closer to the most funded project ever. The current record holder is The Pebble watch with over $10 million (€7.3 million).

Funnily enough, this is not the first prototype of the Cooler that shows up on Kickstarter. Over eight months ago, the same project creator came up with a different model. That one didn't have all of the features of this one and it was Christmas time so it didn't reach its goal.

The new project went well compared to the previous one, and one of the reasons for it is that in summer, everyone looks for a better cooler and the market doesn't really offer any good products in that area.

The founder of this project recently came up with a stretch goal. Backers can now vote on some extra colors: Margarita, Blue Curacao, Blue Moon, Sangria, Steel Reserve and Cosmo. However, the original one looks like the real winner. One more detail: the Bluetooth speaker looks like a standard Jawbone Jambox so you can actually buy your own and replace this one if needed, in the future.
