Chinese manufacturers are widely known for blatantly copying the design of iconic Apple products, but customers seem to love the idea.

Not everybody has a huge chunk of money to spend on a phone they will use only a year or two, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't allow yourself to own a phone with a beautiful design.

That’s exactly what seems to be the driving force behind Chinese device makers’ efforts, and they seem to be getting better and better at it, too.

Yes, Dakele 3 copies the iPhone 6, but it does so in style

For example, the Dakele 3 went on sale back in December, but so far we haven’t seen any real-life photos of the device.

Well, as the handset has started reaching customers, we’re seeing what the handset looks like in person. And as you can see for yourselves, it’s a flawless iPhone 6 replica (as spotted at Gizmo China).

Looks might be an important criterion when trying to figure out what smartphone to purchase, but they are not everything, so let’s see what the handset packs on the inside, as well.

The Dakele 3 arrives with a 5-inch 1080p display (1920 x 1080 pixel resolution and 441 ppi) with sapphire glass protection, something that not even Apple managed to get on board of its products.

Next stop, we find a 64-bit MediaTek MT6752 octa-core processor clocked at 1.7GHz with Mali-T60 GPU and 3GB of RAM plus 16GB of internal storage onboard.

In the photography department, the phone doesn't disappoint either. It comes equipped with a 13MP Sony IMX214 sensor as its main shooter plus an 8MP Sony IMX219 sensor up in front.

Other specifications include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, TDD-LTE, TD-SCDMA / GSM plus a 2,500 mAh battery to back all this up.

The Dakele 3 will never bend

On top of all of these lovely specs, the phone is also built using premium materials. We already told you it boasts a sapphire glass display, but it is also made of aircraft grade aluminum, while its internal frame is made of titanium, making it a very sturdy piece of gadgetry.

The handset is a bit thicker than the iPhone 6, coming in at 7.25 mm / 0.28 inches , but on the bright side of things, at least the camera doesn't protrude.

The Dakele 3 can be yours for an equivalent of $240 / €213 although you won’t be able to get it if you’re not in China. Hopefully, third-party retailers will pick it up soon.
