14 DAY TRIAL // Let's face it, traveling by bus is nobody's idea of having a good time. There's a lot of pushing and even swearing going on, and people are anything but nice and friendly. Not to mention the fact that some of them could sure use a shower.
Still, it looks like a group of Russian entrepreneurs can be credited with achieving the impossible: making the idea of taking the bus sound like a really cool and fun thing to do.
Not to beat about the bush, these Russian entrepreneurs joined hands and ended up creating a nightclub on wheels simply by giving an old Ikarus 280 public transportation bus one seriously extreme makeover.

What the makeover entailed
As detailed by Oddity Central, the Russian entrepreneurs started by asking workers to pull the old Ikarus 280 public transportation vehicle apart. Thus, the only thing that was left standing was the six-wheeler's frame.
Next, they pretty much put it back together using brand-new materials. The vehicle's exterior was decorated with images of pin-up models and urban landscapes, and the interior was prettied up as well.
Despite the fact that they didn't have all that much space available, the Russian entrepreneurs somehow managed to squeeze in leather sofas, televisions, air conditioners, a smoke machine, a bar, a dance floor and a toilet. Besides, they put a mirror on the bus' ceiling.
The coolest ride ever
It is understood that this wacky vehicle, dubbed the Barbus Maxi, currently travels the streets of the city of St. Petersburg each and every night. Mind you, it doesn't just aimlessly journey from one part of this urban area to another several blocks away.
On the contrary, it has a well-documented route and always finds customers waiting for it when reaching one of its stations. Interestingly enough, it appears that folks in St. Petersburg actually rely on this bus for transportation.
Thus, they don't just hop on and then forget to hop off. No Sir, they leave the bus the moment they reach their destination. Unless they're only there for the ride.
