This Is A Sony Ericsson W810 Nasty Clone!!

The MP4-2010A portable media player from Shenzhen Smart is not inspired by the iPhone, as 80% of the items on the market are. This time, the manufacturers have chosen Sony Ericsson's portfolio.

As you can see on the first glimpse, the player has a set of buttons that seem to be taken straight from the design handbook of Sony Ericsson. And this isn't the first time a giant manufacturer gets hacked by a small one. It's enough to take a closer look at most of the Chinese players.

In this case, to be more precise, the design of the media player copies the upper keys of the latter company's W810 phone, which, as far as I know, still has a lot to say on the market. Besides its "no-so-original" design line, the MP4-2010A media player can do a bunch of useful stuff, like dealing with a lot of popular file formats on the market, such as MPEG-1, MPEG-4, WMV, ASF, MOV and AVI videos, and MP3, WMA and unnamed DRM-equipped audio files.

In addition, the player is also ready to deal with text documents and images. At first, the main attraction is its built-in 2-inch TFT display. However, I doubt someone can actually read some James Joyce on that tiny screen display.

Moreover, the owner can also take advantage of the sharing option, possible with the use of the built-in speaker. The extra specs list mention something about an integrated FM radio functionality and a USB port, which means it can also be recharged via USB connection port.
