Back in last year's November, we introduced you to a homeless man in Ukraine with a keen sense of fashion. The time has now come to meet Sayagh Jacques, a 50-year-old man who, despite living on the streets, has a body many can only fantasize about.

The man, featured in the photos included in the gallery below, calls the city of Paris in France his home. Unlike other people living on the streets, he is nothing if not fit. In fact, he likes to think of himself as a bodybuilder. Truth be told, he very much looks like one.

How does a homeless man become a bodybuilder?

Apparently, Sayagh Jacques has been living on the streets of France's capital city for many years now. He sleeps in a tent and uses cardboard to keep warm when temperatures drop. Still, he has never let his living conditions get in the way of his exercise routine.

On the contrary, the 50-year-old says that he trains as often as he has the chance. Seeing how he can't afford to get a gym membership, let alone a personal trainer or anything of the sorts, he has no choice but to exercise precisely where he lives: on the streets of Paris.

The homeless man explains that, to train, he uses cables and ropes that he ties to lamp poles and park fences. Sayagh Jacques uses this rudimentary equipment to do basic exercises such as push-ups, pull-ups, pullovers and rows. Besides, he pays very close attention to what he eats.

Thus, the 50-year-old says that he spends whatever money folks give him on foods that he knows can help him build muscle mass. What's more, Sayagh Jacques is against smoking, drinking or other vices that might stand in the way of his acquiring an impressive physique.

50-year-old Sayagh Jacques' rise to fame

Last year, the homeless man met a French director named Julien Goudichaud, who was fascinated by his story and who went as far as to put together a video, available below, detailing Sayagh Jacque's exercise routine. The director is now working on a documentary that will be released later this year.

Julien Goudichaud explains that, when he first met the homeless bodybuilder, he could not help but be intrigued by the fact that, despite living on the streets of Paris, he had absolutely no intention to stop exercising and let himself go. Hence his decision to make a documentary about Sayagh Jacque's life.

“He told me he was sleeping in his tent, he used cardboard to keep the heat and at the same time he spoke of diet, lifestyle, daily training, and concern for his physical appearance. The contrast was striking,” the French director told the press in an interview, as cited by Oddity Central.
