A new environment for advertising

Third Screen Media has closed a partnership agreement with Hover in order to offer advertisements for free mobile social games.

Mobile advertising has developed at a high rate in the last years, as it proved to be an extremely efficient environment for further media expansion. Even more, the number of people that currently own a handset has increased. Along with technology, so has been the case with media access on the cellulars too.

Using mobile games as an environment for advertising solutions offers great advantages. First of all, the demographics can reveal with high fidelity what kind of audience the advertisement will reach. All that the companies which provide such content have to do is to compare the desired target with that of the mobile game and hope for best results if they turn out to be identical or, at least, very similar.
