14 DAY TRIAL // GAME, PlayStation and Square Enix are teaming up in order to offer a special night to some lucky GAME Reward members, to celebrate the launch of stealth adventure game Thief, on February 28.
100 GAME stores throughout the United Kingdom will offer customers a chance to win an exclusive VIP lock-in launch party event for themselves and three friends, taking place on Thursday February 27.
Gamers only need to visit their local store or head to its Twitter page and state their claim, telling why they are worthy of winning, using #GAMEthief100. Entries are now open, and will close on February 26.
After that, the best pitch will be selected from the submissions for each store, and 100 lucky GAME Reward members will win their own private GAME lock-in party as well as a sleeve signed by Art and Game Director Nicholas Cantin and Lead Level Designer Windfeld Schmit.
"Our exclusive lock-in events give gamers the chance to come together as a community and get early, hands on access to the best titles in gaming," said GAME Marketing Director Alisa McKnight.
"The biggest titles demand the best events - and at GAME we will always deliver for our gaming community. For one lucky gamer in each of the 100 stores taking part this really will be a money-can't-buy experience," she concluded.
Thief has been developed by Eidos Montreal, and is one of the most anticipated games of the year. The stealth-based action adventure title is the reboot of the highly acclaimed and popular Thief franchise, and many players are eagerly awaiting to play the highly atmospheric game.
GAME is also offering an exclusive bonus on pre-orders for Thief, consisting of bonus DLC, digital soundtrack and an Android companion app.
Thief is launching for PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on February 25 in North America and on February 28 in Europe.
