The development team at Eidos Montreal and publisher Square Enix are ready to show all fans the official system requirements for the upcoming Thief reboot, which should be accessible for most PC gamers.

The official community site for the game explains that the minimum a player should have includes:

Windows Vista with platform update High-performance dual core CPU or quad core CPU 4 GB of RAM AMD Radeon 4800 series or Nvidia GTS 250 graphics card DirectX 10 20 GB free space on their hard drive or SSD

The recommended specifications are:

Windows 7 or Windows 8 AMD FX 8000 series or Intel i7 Quad Core CPU or better More than 4 GB of RAM AMD Radeon HD or R9 series or better or Nvidia GTX 660 series or better DirectX 11 20 GB of free space on their hard drive or SSD

Thief will be launched near the end of February on the PC, the PlayStation 4 from Sony, the Xbox One from Microsoft and current gen consoles.

The game will create a new storyline for Garrett and the city he lives in and will keep the core stealth mechanics while making the entire experience more accessible for newcomers.
