Thermaltake has just announced two new power supply units (PSU) that are part of its well-known Toughpower Grand series and come with impressive 93% efficiency. The new devices feature a single, massive 12V rail and have a nice white casing.

The most powerful of the two units launched today is the Thermaltake Toughpower Grand Platinum Snow 700W that is able to deliver a massive 58 amps on the 12V line.

The unit features a massive 140-millimeter cooling fan that is temperature controlled and will continue to rotate about 30 or 40 seconds after the system is tuned off to ensure proper cooling and a long life.

The rated MTBF is over 120,000 hours and Thermaltake is also confident in its new products as these are backed by an impressive 7-year warranty.
