All-in-one liquid coolers are very popular for their ability to efficiently and quietly (compared to air coolers anyway) keep the heat off a high-end CPU, and even enable some serious overclocking without too big a risk.

Thermaltake has just introduced one such cooler, called Water 3.0 Ultimate and equipped with a radiator large enough to fit six 120 mm fans, three on either side (the radiator measures 360 mm). In other words, the cooling surface is doubled, maximizing heat dissipation.

The fans themselves are better than average as well, with 1,000-2,000 RPM speed and PWM control.

Moreover, the pump is one of high reliability, capable of maximizing water circulation. The low evaporation tube decreases the loss of coolant as well, meaning that you probably won't need a refill by the time you finally decide to buy a new PC. As for the water block, it has a copper base (good heat conductivity).

The Water 3.0 Ultimate water cooling system hasn't been given a price. Also, do keep in mind that it only ships with three fans. If you want to equip the other side as well, you will need to acquire the fans separately. Below is an intro video for the whole Water 3.0 Series (the ultimate is, predictably enough, the best).
