The “Mona Lisa” might look like the portrait of a perfectly average woman to the untrained eye, but there's more to this Da Vinci painting than many would even dare imagine.

Not to spook you senselessly or anything of the sorts, but it just so happens that the “Mona Lisa” hides evidence of extraterrestrial presence here on Earth.

So say conspiracy theorists over at Paranormal Crucible in a new video exposing this iconic portrait for what it really is: a secret code that would only reveal itself to a select few.

The “Mona Lisa” hides the portrait of an alien high priest

Mind you, it's not easy seeing this alien high priest that lies hidden in the “Mona Lisa.” That's because, either to maintain absolute secrecy or because he was too lazy, Da Vinci only painted half of it.

Hence, the alien priest's portrait is only revealed when two mirroring views of the Mona Lisa are placed one next to the other. Even so, the extraterrestrial presence isn't obvious.

For the portrait of the alien high priest to appear, the image must be filtered. Applying some subtle colorization and highlights also helps, as does adding some shadows and removing unwanted details.

So, basically, to catch a glimpse of this extraterrestrial presence whose portrait is supposedly hidden in the “Mona Lisa,” you pretty much have to Photoshop it into the painting yourself.

The alien priest has eyes, hands and even a long but thin nose

Once its portrait is revealed, there is little doubt that this alien high priest whose image Da Vinci included in his “Mona Lisa” looks very much like a human being.

Thus, the extraterrestrial comes complete with hands, eyes and even a nose that is both abnormally long and oddly thin. The figure appears to be wearing a head garment of sorts paired with a robe.

Interestingly, not even the conspiracy theorists who found this odd portrait hidden in the “Mona Lisa” really and truly believe that it is there and that others are just too blind to see it.

Rather, it's all a question of ifs and maybes and using modern technology to find secret codes and messages where there are none to be found. An entertaining endeavor, of course, but futile nonetheless.
