During a photo shoot for America's 'OK' Magazine, things got a bit heated between the Simpson spouses because they couldn't agree on the amount of sluttiness their daughter is to reveal.

The pictures presented Jessica Simpson lying on a bed in her underwear, while a male model could be seen standing behind her and buttoning his shirt. Apparently, Tina Simpson deemed her daughter's posture and what the picture implied too much for Jessica's image.

Sources from the set claimed that her father (and manager) was totally on board with the idea (people already suspect that he isn't opposed to trashing up a bit Jessica's clean image to get more money), but her mother protested vehemently.

Tina put her foot down and called off the photo session, saying that it wouldn't ever work out. When Joe asked for clear cut reasons, a quarrel ensued between the two spouses, a source said. People heard Tina yelling at her husband and trying to make her point by telling him 'Trust me, I'm her mother. This isn't the image we want'.

Rumor has it that it was Tina too the one who toned down the image for Jessica's 'A Public Affair' cover album, as she considered those pictures too raunchy. Meanwhile, smaller sister, Ashlee is allowed to be the face and body of the latest underwear line from Victoria's Secret.
