LG announced at IFA 2006, the event where almost everything new in the digital world is being released, their new mobile phone - U830.


The phone has a clamshell design, a smooth glossy black case surrounded by a silver edging and a checkerboard patterned keyboard. The LG U830 is a 3G mobile device and includes some good features, such as: 2 MP camera, video and music playback of the most used media file types (MP3, AAC and WMA), Bluetooth support, and a surprisingly 200 MB internal memory storage capacity.


LG hasn't announced the price or the release date yet, but at least we can presume, judging by the already released technical specifications, that the phone will probably be a part of LG's Chocolate series.
