The Mad Hunt for David Beckham from Saint Tropez to Singapore

Famous Real Madrid midfielder David Beckham showed up at a luxury beach football tour in Saint Tropez, organized by David Ginola's environment company. None of the ones present at the event in the St. Maxine area of the resort expected his visit, therefore the organizers had to take new security measures.

Beckham, who has been living with his wife, Victoria, in a luxury suit at Byblos Hotel, the most exclusivist in St.Tropez, greeted his fellow colleagues present at the football tour.

The couple, who was traveling alongside four bodyguards, were spotted by paparazzi, trying to get close pictures of the stars.

Among the football players who competed in front of thousand of viewers were Cantona, Baresi, Cassano and Romanian players Hagi, Popescu, Ilie, Sabau and Stelea.

The English soccer captain was also spotted hand-in-hand with Victoria in Singapore to support London's bid for the 2012 Olympic Games, together with high profile sports celebrities like Bobby Charlton and Olympic athletes Daley Thompson and Jonathan Edwards.

Many desperate fans tried to take pictures or to catch a glimpse of their hero. Two children, who have been waiting for him outside the British High Commissioner's house, received autographs from the famous football player.
