The new player coming from Archos, the Gmini XS 22S, is not a common one, because it features several innovative functions and plenty of storage space and a 20GB hard drive for your videos or tracks. The player is a slim and lightweight one, sporting 2.9" x 2.3" x 0.7" and weighing 4.2 ounces.
You can listen to 10,000 of your favorite songs on your new Gmini and also see who is singing, the title of the track and many other info, as Archos latest player comes with a big 2" LCD, being also able to playback almost any track, which can be WMA, MP3, WAV and protected WMA.
The USB connection is a high speed 2.0 one, and it features user-friendly interface named, of course, Graphical User.
By using Archos' ARCLibrary online service, you can download fast and then sort all the tracks by entering key words such as artist, genre, album, title or year.
Last year, Archos introduced the Gmini 402 Pocket Multimedia Center, a slim and sleek 20 gigabyte hard-drive-based video, audio and photo device which is Microsoft PlaysForSure-compatible, supporting both protected download and subscription music services, and featuring a 2.2" color LCD screen and sleek metallic casing.
The Gmini 402 is an upgrade from the Gmini 400 released last year and is the perfect summer companion to take up to 80 hours of video, 200,000 photos or 10,000 songs in your pocket wherever you go.
