The development team at CD Projekt RED announces that its much-awaited The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be launched on February 24, 2015 on the PlayStation 4 from Sony, the Xbox One from Microsoft and the PC.

Fans of the series will be happy to hear that it now has an official date after the delay that was previously announced, which was introduced in order to make sure that the quality of the title was up to the standards of the community.

CD Projekt RED has also delivered an official unboxing video for the Collector's Edition of the game, which will introduce quite a bit of extra content for all those who are willing to pay more for the experience.

Gamers can get access to a Compendium of the game universe, a soundtrack CD, a detailed map for the game world, stickers, an artbook, a special Steelbook case and a medallion.

All those who pre-order The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be able to save 10 percent of the official price and if they also register their copies of the previous two titles in the series, they will be able to reduce the price of the title by another 10%.

Gamers can also get access to two keys for the Witcher Adventure Game multiplayer closed beta, allowing players to test the PC and Mac versions before anyone else, at some point in the summer of this year.

Fans can also access Neverwinter Nights: Diamond Edition immediately, meaning that they have an excellent role-playing game experience to enjoy while they wait for the launch of The Witcher 3.

The Witcher: House of Glass comic book is also part of the offer.

CD Projekt seems determined to deliver as much content to its fans as possible in order to make up for the delay of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, which will help to once more elevate the company in the eyes of gamers.

The new title will dig deep into the personal history of main character Geralt in order to touch on his interactions with the Wild Hunt.

Players will have to explore an open world universe in order to find out more about the phenomenon and how to stop it from terrorizing humanity.

The developers are also promising deep side quests for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and impressive hunt episodes with some impressive beasts, all designed to wrap up all the story threads of the trilogy.
