Actress Charlize Theron has generated quite a hysteria among the paparazzi in Hollywood, with her mother's wedding, because everybody thought it was her who was getting married to her long-term boyfriend Stuart Townsend.
So, the media mobilized and sent helicopters to overfly the area, to get as much pictures and footage as they can. Unfortunately for them, it wasn't the actress getting married, but her mother, Greda.
At the premiere of her new film, "North Country", Theron told Acces: "A lot of crazy people showed up in helicopters and I understand that people might think we're trying to pull one over them or something like that.
It's just amazing to me, though, that once they realized (I wasn't getting married) they wouldn't go away... That was kind of rude and wrong."
But, despite all that, Theron enjoyed the special day: "It was really magical and beautiful and probably the most important day I've had in my 30 years of living.
I'm happy for people who want to get married. It's not my thing, and I'm extremely happy in my relationship, and yah, I would love to have kids."
