The Urbz: Sims in the City is a video game made for platforms like the Nintendo DS or Game Boy Advance, but mainly created for home consoles like the Nintendo GameCube or Sony's PlayStation 2, as well as the original Xbox, by Maxis and Griptonite Games and published by Electronic Arts on November 17, 2004, in North America, and March 11, 2005, in Europe.
The Urbz: Sims in the City, as you can tell by its name, is part of EA's hugely successful Sims franchise, but approaches the regular mechanics of the series from the perspective of customizing your own character through all sorts of features, and then helping him or her live in a busy urban environment, instead of a typical suburban one, filled with quests that give you access to even more customization options, as well as its own distinct story.
