While the top 10 list of the most downloaded movies of the year may be a bit surprising, the top 10 most downloaded TV shows of the year is anything but.
Game of Thrones is the most pirated TV show in the world, with an average 4.28 million people grabbing just one episode.
It came in second place last year, behind Dexter, which slid down to the second spot in 2012. The Big Bang Theory is still the third most popular, while How I Met Your Mother managed to climb one place to make it to the fourth spot.
There are three new entries in the top 10, Homeland, Fringe and Revolution, which means three top 10 shows from 2011 didn't make the cut this year, Glee, Terra Nova and True Blood.
