The Top 10 Most Downloaded Movies on BitTorrent of Last Week

There are only three new entries in the top 10 most downloaded movies on BitTorrent last week, but they've all made it to the top five. Ben Stiller and Eddie Murphy's Tower Heist shot in straight at number one.

The Three Musketeers, the previous week's number one was the second most popular movie on the BitTorrent network. At number three sits J. Edgar, the J. Edgar Hoover biopic starring Leonardo DiCaprio, another new entry.

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, at number two during the previous week, fell to number four. Puss in Boots is the final new entry, sitting at number five on the chart compiled by TorrentFreak.

More interesting than the rankings would be the effect the recent developments in the file sharing world, MegaUpload's shut down and the closure of several other cyber lockers, but also of BitTorrent site BTjunkie.
