The Top 10 Downloaded Movies on BitTorrent of the Last Week

The Three Musketeers was the most downloaded movie over BitTorrent in the first week of February. The movie made its "debut" on the file-sharing network last week and shot up straight to number one.

The previous week's top downloaded movie, the Christmas blockbuster The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo moved down a spot to number too. The sci-fi In Time moved up to number three.

There were two other new entries last week, Footloose which entered straight at number five and Bollywood's Agneepath at number nine.

It remains to be seen whether the shakeup in the file-sharing world, notably BTjunkie, the fifth largest BitTorrent site out there, shutting down, will have an effect on movie sharing.

For now, it seems that movie fans are as content as ever to get the movies they like as fast as they can via BitTorrent.
