The Terminators - Super Talent's USB Drives

A new range of USB flash based drives has emerged, this time coming from the American company - Super Talent Technology- that rolled out the SuperSlim SB series, an enhancement brought to the previous SA line-up.

The most important features of the new models are the size and the casing, the rest being usually seen on most of the latest drives. Consequently, the size is almost the one of a miniature item - 41.7mm x 17.3m x 7.2mm, so be careful not to loose them. The showcase, however, seems to be pretty impressive, as it is made from a proprietary, patent-pending plastic/metal bonding material.

"These products demonstrate Super Talent's leadership in product innovation. With these new styles Super Talent now offers eighteen different USB styles and dozens of color choices," said David Crume, Super Talent Marketing Manager.

Other than that, the SB series comes with the high-speed USB 2.0, and makes use of the dual channel controllers being available in capacities of up to 4GB and three 'mixtures' of colors - blue/black, white/black, and solid black.

But Super Talent has launched also the Swivel SWM series drives that come in several capacities and nuances - up to 2GB, in black, red, violet, blue, and white color options and 4GB for the more compact SWSA line-up.

A practical feature of the SWM models is the flip-open steel lid that finally eliminates the risk of loosing the cap. I, for one, lost it so many times, that I almost lost my mind searching for it.
