The latest hit deal brokered by the newly-reunited but not yet seen in concert Spice Girls is yet another hit (read that step forward) in their amazing journey that seems poised to lead them straight back at the top of the charts, just like it happened 11 years ago, when they became a global phenomenon. This time around, the five spicy ladies have decided to sell their new album exclusively through a lingerie chain.
The girl group have just signed a £5 million deal through which their greatest hits LP only becomes available in the US at outlets belonging to the underwear giant Victoria's Secret (when it is released, of course, which will happen in November). And apparently, the Victoria's Secret people are just as thrilled about this deal as are the girls and their fans all over the States. "It's an unbelievably great opportunity for all involved. We're just so excited about it. The Spice Girls are icons all over the world and we're delighted to have them on board", stated an insider.

The Spice Girls' greatest hits will of course be available to download for the girls' American fans. And just in case some of the more pretentious admirers will want more, Victoria's Secret will be ready for it, and will also offer fans a special limited-edition box set made up of charm bracelets, a karaoke DVD, postcards and posters. The Girls' official comeback will take place on November 15th at the Los Angeles Victoria's Secret Fashion Show which will be broadcast live on CBS.
And just in case you needed an extra argument in favor of the fact the Spice Girls are real star material and a huge money spinner, the group made up of all its five initial members (Geri Halliwell, Victoria Beckham, Melanie Brown, Emma Bunton and Mel C) also struck a deal (and not just any deal, but a £5 million deal) with supermarket giant Tesco to appear in two of their advertisements in the run-up to Christmas. And so, just like in the fairy tales, the girls rose from their own ashes (I'm kidding) and are either going to make a huge bang or they will go down in flames - either way, stay tuned because it is going to be spectacular.
