I was wondering when this was going to happen. I mean, I'm sure that they're all thrilled with the rave success of their reunion tour and with the fact that tickets are literally flying off the...well, not shelves but certainly Internet web sites, and that definitely kept them happy for a while. But no more, it seems. And yes, when you haven't done much but announce you'll come back together and the world has gone completely crazy with it, it's easy to lose those bad, bad memories of the times when there were frequent arguments and feel that everything is perfect. But is it?
The big spice Girls reunion tour will be kicking off in December and already the old feuds are sparking up again. Remember Geri was the first one to go all those years ago - well, she is, apparently, the one causing trouble again. The fact is, we're all still thinking in terms of the old Spice Girls, who were trying to look good-natured and not too diva-like. But now, it's all changed. We're dealing with international celebrities who have been flying solo for so many years - and it's pretty hard to make them adapt to each other's different temperaments and "individual styles". Whatever that is, in their case.

But back to Geri and her (apparently planned) revelation. Apparently Geri released the name of the Girl's first single without their permission, despite being aware of the fact that it might cause some problems and tensions within the group. Personally, I chose to think she got a bit carried away with being on TV after such a long time (now I'm being mean), because it's much more comfortable than to think that again, she's causing trouble - although I have a feeling it's just the beginning of all the secret cat-fighting.
Geri Halliwell has sparked tensions with her newly reunited Spice Girls band mates after she revealed the top secret name of their new single release, their first in seven years, to British chat show GMTV last Friday. What she said was "I'm not too sure if I'm going to get in trouble for telling you this because I haven't discussed it with the other girls. The Spice Girls' new single is finished and it's out on November 19 and it's called Headlines".
The other girls, it seems, DID mind, and quite a lot, but their spokesman is trying to deny the existence of any tensions by stating that "Everything's cool with the girls. No-one's angry with Geri about her giving the name of the single away. It was all part of the plan". Yes, well, I'm sure it was - just as I'm sure they'll call it a friendly banter when Victoria and Mel B. will dump Geri's beaten and bruised body in a ditch off a country road somewhere. Kidding - but I'm telling you, I have a feeling more will come. You will see.
