Expensive has just gotten more expensive

There are a lot of expensive things available for the most demanding of customers and there are also those already expensive ones that get even more so; and when it comes to luxury, the limits are pretty wide (just to avoid saying one can have a hard time finding them in some cases). And since fancy furniture and high-quality sound have always been a very expensive mixture, let us introduce to you the second version of the Sound Chair, the Sound Chair Touch.

The furniture component has remained pretty much the same, with the egg-like seat with rounded and elegant shapes and an overall astonishing look. The sphere looks both retro and futuristic and it also comes with a very strong character, which will be hard to integrate in certain settings.

A stainless steel pedestal is used for both cable management and support, while its round base will make sure everything stays in place, even when a persons is seated. The inner surface is covered in first-class leather and suede microfiber lining for an embracing smooth feel. On the audio side, the Sound Chair is a haven for all those who can appreciate the acoustic bliss of top-drawer sound as it comes loaded with pro-grade drivers and the very back rest is a membrane itself, delivering one of the most vibrant and deep bass experiences one could ever enjoy.

The Sound Chair was an expensive item itself but the new upgrade will make price tags read even more green: the latest addition to this luxury chair is a 20” touchscreen iMac as the manufacturer claims. This computer is fixed on a satin stainless steel hinge for better comfort; you can rotate this hinge so the touch screen is right in front of you for movie watching or other operations. As the manufacturer declares, the iMac is loaded with a 2.0 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 1GB memory and 250GB hard drive, 8 x SuperDrive and ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT graphics.

Even if the price for the Sound Chair Touch isn't public yet, we don't expect anything small for this exquisite piece of selfish audio and multimedia machine. Some talk about 5-digit figures...
