Hello Katie. Yes, in theory, one has to wear the pants for at least six hours a day for 30 days for them to return the results promised. However, while it would make sense to get even better results by wearing them for longer, I can’t find this documented anywhere. Hi, k.varalakshmi. There must be some misunderstanding: the Scala Bio-Fir underpants don’t have infrared rays, but crystals that heat up in contact with the skin, thus increasing cell metabolism. Hey! Ive had my slimmer pants for a week now, i ordered them off the Internet site. I Was impressed with the free postage with in Australia and that they were at my door in 2 days of ordering. I love them already! They 'suck' everything in making wearing fitted dress and pants more flattering. Plus already! They are very comfortable to wear, i barely notice I'm wearing them making my 6 hours a day very easy.

I'm with you Sophie... I bought my bio-fir pants about 3 weeks ago and I just love them!!! They are super comfortable to wear, not at all tight and restrictive like a lot of 'non wearers' have surmmised. Hi Magda. They don’t say whether you should wear the Scala underpants during the day or the night, or what happens if you wear them to sleep. Nevertheless, since those crystals heat up when in contact with the skin (when in motion, I presume), perhaps 30 nights of wearing them would not have the same result as 30 days – otherwise, they would have made them specifically for nightly use and spared women of having to wear them underneath all the clothes.
