Google has announced that it's rolling out the revamped Docs to everyone. All of Google's websites have been undergoing a redesign, even those as complex as Docs.

Both the homepage, with the document list and the individual editors have been freshened up and updated with the 2011 Google look.

Google Docs users have had the option of checking out the new design for a couple of months now, during which time, the team tweaked and completed it.

Google is now confident that the redesigned Google Docs is ready for everyone so it's rolling it out to all.

That said, the old UI is still available, look for the "Use the old look" option in the Gear or Help menu. It won't be for long though, Google will only support the old design for a few more weeks.
