Racing adrenaline celebration on Xbox 360

On May 29, 2007, Microsoft has announced the debut of the racing adrenaline celebration concomitantly with the 91st Indy 500. Two days before the end of May, the Redmond Company has officially announced the launch of Forza Motorsport 2. As the 91st Annual Indianapolis 500 kicks off, Forza Motorsport 2 will continue with the celebration onto store shelves just four days later. Microsoft has also informed that the Xbox 360 Wireless Racing Wheel will have a special price, in order to help deliver the best Xbox 360 experience to racing fans.

"Tuned and developed with the Xbox 360 Wireless Racing Wheel, "Forza Motorsport 2" supports true force feedback, setting a new precedent for realism in the racing simulation genre that will have gamers feeling every bump in the road and every jolt of acceleration as they take the corners on 12 of the most renowned tracks on the globe. With the game running at an astounding 60 frames per second, authentic simulation physics, and rumble functionality with the Xbox 360 Wireless Controller, "Forza Motorsport 2" offers incredible realism and depth for a complete racing experience in gaming," reads a fragment of the Microsoft press release announcing the Forza Motorsport 2 availability.

And in order to top it off, Microsoft will also host the "Forza Motorsport 2" Race Weekend. Between June 1 and June 3, 2007, gamers will be able to directly engage in gameplay sessions of Forza Motorsport 2 and win the prizes that Microsoft has in store for them. Forza Motorsport 2 brings to Xbox 360 in excess of 300 cars from top brands including Ferrari, Porsche and Lamborghini. Additionally, racing fans can enjoy 12 different environments and 47 ribbons.
