Less than one month after the announcement of "Transformers G1: Awakening" and "Superman/Batman", Glu Mobile has unveiled that two new and cool mobile games are in the making. These are "The Price is Right" and "Family Feud", both of them being based on the famous TV shows that bear the same names.

Of course, since the shows are owned by FremantleMedia Enterprises, Glu has signed a licensing deal with the London based company. Thus, the two new games will be outed by Glu for mobile gamers across Europe, Australia, Asia and even North America.

First aired in the US in 1956, The Price Is Right is now recognized as one of the most popular TV game shows in the world, as lots of countries have their own version of it.

Talking about the upcoming mobile games, Frank Keeling, Managing Director of Publishing at Glu EMEA, said, "The Price is Right and Family Feud are regarded as heavyweight game show brands across Europe, Australia and Asia, and this partnership offers tremendous opportunities for both Glu and FME. Our development and marketing expertise in dealing with high value brands like these means the mobile games will compliment the brands perfectly, with massive appeal to their target audience".

"Each territory has a particular nuance, but Glu has the necessary expertise to fine-tune the entertainment for each market in same way as the TV show has done for many years," declared Claire Baker, Vice President, Licensing, FremantleMedia Enterprises.

Glu has not announced yet when the new games is available for our mobile phones, or has it released screenshots with them. Anyway, we should expect both titles to be released before the year's end.

In addition to "The Price is Right" and "Family Feud", FreemantleMedia also owns American Idol and Baywatch, so we might soon see mobile games based on these franchises, too.
