Ascaron Entertainment is one of the pioneers in the development of computer games. It is also one of the leading game developers in Germany and has been prominent in the sales charts for more than a decade with titles such as Patrician, ANSTOSS, Port Royale and others.

With Ascaron Entertainment's next PC installment, Tortuga-Two Treasures, you'll hear yourself saying "shiver my timbers," being a classic action adventure game filled with legendary treasures and fearsome pirates that make it a regular Caribbean myth, set to be released February 16th 2007. It is the tale of Thomas Hawk Blythe and his treacherous adversary, Edward Teach, aka the dreaded Blackbeard. It's a typical pirate story about love, honor, conspiracy and theft, violence and murder.

Each level poses fresh and exciting challenges for the player/Hawk, who is free to move and explore at will, developers having provided it with a huge freedom of gameplay and wide sense of adventure. In this way, Hawk can put together earlier mysteries and tasks using improved ships, weapons and skills. More than that, fighting and adventure await players on both land and sea.

6 beautifully designed and richly detailed cities, storyline filled with suspense, action, horror and a dash of humor, epic battles fought on sea using a comprehensive combat and damage engine 3rd person control scheme for sneaking around and fighting on land, open-ended gameplay ( providing multiple mission solutions and outcomes) and last, but not least, state-of-the-art graphics engine rendering the game's world in the highest of detail. All this for your PC in Tortuga-Two Treasures on February 16th.
